Day 4 – Matakana

Our last full day in Auckland. Today we headed to the Matakana region of Auckland which is north of the city center. We went on a wine and food tour of the area and learned about Kauri trees and how grapes for wine were brought to New Zealand. Ended the day with dinner on Ponsonby Road, a shopping and dining district in Auckland.
