Day 14 – Hiking Mount Cook – Aoraki

From our hotel in Lake Tekapo we traveled to the Mount Cook/Aoraki National Park for a hike. We hiked the Hooker Lake Trail which was a moderate hike of 6 miles, in and out to a lake that had large pieces of the glacier that had broken off and fallen to the lake.
